Afternoon Barbecue

This Saturday afternoon, Paul and Marit have invited two couples who are friends of theirs to their garden. They try to organize these kinds of afternoons regularly. A chance to relax, enjoy good food, a drink, each other's company, and delicious cooking over an open fire.

Paul always manages to create something original with the Braaimaster. This time, he wants to put something "cool" on the table. He makes two large skewers with marinated chicken thighs, bacon, onion, different colors of bell pepper, and lemon. For this, he uses the churrasco skewers in combination with the churrasco frame. On the other side of the Braaimaster, there is still enough space to bake some pita bread rolls.

The skewers look great and can be cut at the table. Not only beautiful colors, but also delicious flavors. Paul has once again managed to surprise his friends.
