South American-style grilling! Churrasco is the Spanish term for grilling a skewer over an open fire. It’s an age-old cooking technique in which the skewer is turned regularly.
A popular dish is picanha, a spectacular cut of beef. You can also prepare the most delicious chicken thighs and crispy vegetables like bell peppers, onions, and zucchini.
The Braaimaster® churrasco frame is the perfect addition to the Braaimaster. Easy to use and great for serving. The frame holds 4 skewers and/or churrasco forks, which are available separately in various designs. Clever notches allow you to rotate the skewer a quarter turn at a time without it spinning back.
