Place a few charcoal briquettes under the oven to easily maintain a constant temperature of around 200°C—perfect for casseroles, lasagnas, and pies. Want a really intense fire? Then build a fire under the open back. The flames roll through the oven, and you’ll effortlessly reach temperatures above 400°C. Ideal for authentic pizzas and crispy Flammkuchen. Thanks to the built-in thermometer and pizza stone , you always have optimal control over the temperature and the baking process.
