Personal data we process
Braaimaster processes your personal data when you request a quote from us via the website or another channel, contact us by telephone, or enter into an agreement with us. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@braaimaster.nl, and we will delete this information.
Automated decision-making
Braaimaster does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without involving a person (for example, an employee of Braaimaster).
How long we retain personal data
Braaimaster does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Personal data provided for the purpose of requesting a quote will be deleted as soon as the customer rejects the quote. Personal data of customers who agree will be retained for personal contact during the purchase of our services. If customers have not had any contact with Braaimaster for more than two years, this personal data will be deleted (except for data required for tax purposes).
Sharing personal data with third parties
Braaimaster does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Braaimaster remains responsible for these processing operations.

Braaimaster uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. Braaimaster does this to see how the website is used. Braaimaster has entered into a processing agreement with Google Inc. The information that Google Analytics collects for us is anonymized as much as possible and cannot be traced back to individuals. Braaimaster has not given Google Inc. permission to share this information with its own commercial departments or to provide it to third parties, unless Google Inc. is legally obliged to do so or insofar as third parties process the information on behalf of Google Inc. Unfortunately, Braaimaster has no influence on the latter.
Google reCAPTCHA
We also use Google's reCAPTCHA feature on this website. This feature is primarily used to distinguish whether an entry is made by a natural person or by machine and automated processing. The service includes sending the IP address and all other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. View, modify, or delete data
You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Braaimaster, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization specified by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@braaimaster.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Social Security Number (SSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Braaimaster would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. How we protect personal data
Braaimaster takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Does Braaimaster comply with the GDPR?
Yes, Braaimaster has taken various measures to ensure that we comply with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Among other things, we have: an SSL certificate on our website, updated our privacy statement, renewed our cookie statement, and implemented strict regulations regarding tracking and measurability. Where necessary, we have entered into processing agreements with third parties who store data for us. In addition, we offer customers insight into their personal data, which they can view, change, or delete.
